Questions parents ask

Do I pay anything to join the waitlist?

No. Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything. You'll only pay if you choose to buy a pass when pre-launch opens.

Does joining the waitlist guarantee me a pass?

It guarantees you first access. There are 100 passes at launch and waitlist members can buy before anyone else, on a first-come, first-served basis.

How does the 10% "for life" work?

If you buy your pass through the waitlist, 10% comes off your monthly fee for as long as your membership continues. If you cancel, the discount ends with it.

How much will the pass cost?

We're finalising the price now. Waitlist members will hear it first, before it's made public, so you can decide with all the details in front of you. Whatever the price, your 10% comes off it every month for as long as you're a member.

Which ages and days does it cover?

Children of all ages are welcome. It's one pass per child, except the Childminder Pass, which covers up to 4 children per childminder. Passes are valid Monday to Friday during our weekday opening hours, excluding school holidays and bank holidays.

Can I cancel?

Being on the waitlist comes with no obligation to buy. Full membership terms, including cancellation, will be shared with the price before you decide.
